There are different ways into this work.
Some people come because they want to get out of their head and back into their body.
Some are standing at a threshold and know something needs to change, even if they can't quite name what yet.
Some want to explore energy, ritual, earth based spirituality or the stranger edges of themselves without being handed another belief system and some are just simply curious. You don't need to know exactly what you need before you arrive.

A bespoke one to one overnight experience shaped around you the land, the elements and whatever you’re moving through.
There is no set itinerary. We might work with ritual, somatic practice, breath, plants, fire, water, movement, conversation, silence or simply being outside.
It can be deep. It can be playful. It can be quiet. Often it’s all three.

Energy Work Sessions
Energy work for the body, nervous system and the bits of you that don’t always speak in words.
Reiki sits at the roots of my practice, but over the years my work has grown alongside somatic work, breath, the elements, intuition and a deep relationship with the Earth.
You don’t need to understand energy work. Nor do you need to arrive spiritually polished.
You can simply come as you are.
We begin with what is actually happening for you, then allow the session to unfold from there. There may be deep rest, emotion, warmth, sensation, imagery or something quietly shifting underneath it all.

Seasonal Day Retreats
Small, intimate gatherings on the Coromandel Peninsula, shaped by the season, the land and whatever feels alive at the time.
Expect a changing mix of earth based ritual, plants, movement, breathwork, creativity, good food, conversation, laughter and time outside.
No two retreats are the same. You don’t need to know the old ways, call yourself a witch or arrive with anything figured out.
Just come curious.
