Holding Space for someone be it as a Coach, Mentor, a celebrant at a funeral, a hospice worker, a mental health worker, as a friend, lover or just holding space for Sally Lyn down the end of the road that’s having a hard bloody go at it and needs to just be heard. It’s no joke.
I know, it might sound a bit wishy washy, but trust me, it's anything but! Holding sacred space is all about creating a safe, supportive bubble where woman and men can let their hair down, spill their guts, and embrace their inner magic without any judgment. So you can 100% FEEL heard, celebrated, held in time of grief, what ever it is that you are needing in that moment. It's not just sitting around being all passive. It's an active, intentional practice of love, support, and understanding.
And let's talk trust. When someone trusts you to hold space for them, it's like they're handing you the keys to their heart/soul. It's a big deal! You've got to be non-judgmental, patient, and respectful. In this sacred space, they can shed all the stuff that no longer serves them and step into their true selves. Your energy acts like a soothing balm, encouraging others to open up and dive deep into their own experiences.
When it comes to the safe space I hold, I do it with integrity to unleash the wild woman means creating an environment where authenticity, vulnerability, and freedom are paramount for me. It’s about fostering a sanctuary where every woman feels so empowered and safe to explore and express her deepest desires and emotions without fear of judgment within the space.
In this sacred space, I honour each woman’s journey, embracing her raw power and innate wisdom. I create a container of trust and respect, encouraging the release of societal expectations and the rediscovery of her untamed self. Through guided practices and gentle support, I help you reconnect with your body, spirit, and the natural elements around her.
Imagine this- As the night falls, we gather under the stars, embracing the primal call of the wild. Together, we howl at the moon, letting our voices rise in unison, celebrating our fierce, untamed spirits. And for those who dare, a moonlit skinny dip in the sea beckons—a final, liberating act of reclaiming our natural, uninhibited selves.
This is your invitation to let go, to feel deeply, and to embrace your wild woman within.
